Recruitment Resourcer and Compliance Administrator
Slough – office based
Negotiable salary and bonuses
If you are an organised and hard-working self-starter with and interest in recruitment, this could be a great way in for you.
Previous experience in recruitment resourcing is beneficial, and knowledge of compliance would be an advantage.
We are currently looking for a resourcer to assist in finding candidates for placements across Slough. Your duties will include:
– Using job boards to search for candidates
– Going through advert applicants and short list
– Process compliance-based information and perform appropriate eligibility checks
– Update candidate profiles on our CRM
– Liaise with the consultant to ensure full understanding of the roles and clients
– Format CVs
– Speak to candidates on the phone when necessary
The ideal candidate will be someone who is outgoing, can work well on their own, is organised and professional with a great eye for detail and presents themselves well. You will be representing the company in a customer-facing office, so someone with charisma and a friendly demeanor would do well in this role.
