Recruitment Resourcer – Remote

If you are an organised and hard-working self-starter with and interest in recruitment, this could be a great way in for you.
Previous experience in recruitment resourcing is beneficial but not entirely necessary, as you will be trained.
I am currently looking for a resourcer to assist in the permanent recruitment of medical staff across London. Your duties will include:
– Using job boards to search for candidates
– Going through advert applicants and short list
– Liaise with the consultant to ensure full understanding of the roles and clients
– Format CVs
– Speak to candidates on the phone when necessary
I am looking for someone who is outgoing, can work well on their own, is organised and professional with a great eye for detail. As this is a remote role, you will be expected to work without constant guidance, although there is support available at all times – so you need to be able to motivate yourself.

The bonus structure will be discussed at interview, and there may be the chance in the future to be trained as a recruitment consultant.
