Temporary staff.

Permanent
We offer a comprehensive permanent staff recruitment solution. Our clients save time, money and have a wide candidate selection. We believe that utilising an agency for permanent recruitment can be a more cost effective recruitment solution. It can even be used to help compare against internal recruitment methods. A popular method of recruitment, this process enables a trial period for both employer and employee. You get a real time view of the individual; quality of work, strengths and weaknesses, personality, compatibility, aspirations and much more. Candidates ensure they fit in. Everyone gains.

Fixed Term Contracts
Many clients wish to engage an employee on a fixed term contract and approach Lifeline to identify candidates. The procedures are the same as with the permanent recruitment, albeit on a fixed term contract.
