Why Work Through Us?

There are many reasons why people choose to work through an agency. You can work as much or as little as you like, whilst building up experience within different organisations. From a few hours a day to full-time, from one day cover through to assignments over six months, there is a variety of opportunity. Many people look for flexible working, or stop gap assignments which we can provide, as well as facilitating, a move into a permanent role. “Temping” can be far more than just a halfway house; it can also open career opportunities and give an insight to how many organisations operate.

Whilst temping, a good number of our candidates get useful insight and exposure to areas where their eventual career path would lead them; for example Medical Students, who in breaks from their studies, choose to work in Hospitals and Departments of interest. Lifeline works closely with leading institutions within London and experience in these environments would make a positive impact on your C.V. especially to help enhance work experience gained during holidays.

Our service to candidates is free and of course, confidential. You will have a designated consultant who will provide continued support and guidance, at whatever required level. We provide top rates of pay, wages are paid weekly, holiday pay is accrued and we deal with all your tax and National Insurance. Our consultants will explain this in detail at registration. We will help with interview techniques and preparation, fully briefing you on potential roles and expectations.
