What Happens Next?

If the above is of interest, the next steps are:

  • Send us your CV, by clicking here, by fax, post or by logging in and applying for specific roles
  • Arrange an interview – full confirmation is sent
  • Whilst an appointment is not required and an “open door” policy is applicable, we do request that appointments are made to help prevent delays
  • Face to face interview at our offices
  • Provide proof of ID and right to work including any visa restrictions
  • Skills testing and evaluations
  • Occupational Health completion
  • CRB application, if applicable
  • Reference taking

Throughout the process, we will keep you fully informed.

At placement

Upon successful application and prior to all placements, your designated consultant will have discussed the assignment with you in depth and in many cases, this will have involved an interview with our Client.

We send everyone a formal letter of assignment notification, detailing the hours, duration, remuneration, reporting details and health & safety procedures. Our handbook details all the policies and procedures.

On going support

Our consultants will work closely with you and assignments do vary in length. The relationship is very much a two way process and it’s important that you keep in touch and up dated of any changes. We appreciate that as an assignment draws closer to a finish, this can be an unsettling time. Our consultants will work hard to ensure a smooth transition to the next assignment.
